17. Returns/Cancellation policy
Donations
The AADC Trust works hard to ensure that the process of donating is streamlined and trouble free. However, we realise that sometimes mistakes can happen. Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances specified by the Charities Act 2011. If a mistake occurred or you would like to discuss your donation please contact us at: enquiries@aadcresearch.org We are happy to help and we will investigate the circumstances. We are committed to the highest standards of legal compliance and will require evidence before being able to consider your request. Once we have received this we will proceed and advise you appropriately.
Products
The AADC Trust is committed to giving you the best service possible. Goods are only insured for loss or damage up to £35 with standard delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order or return items for replacement or refund within seven days of order, or seven days of receipt (whichever is the longer). In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is faulty The AADC Trust will happily issue a replacement or refund to the cost of the items and postage, provided the item is returned within 28 days. The AADC Trust will not refund postage for returns that are made to change the size of an item.

Event Tickets
Should you wish to cancel your place at any AADC Trust event; provided you tell us in writing at least 4 weeks before the event a full refund will be issued.
In the highly unlikely event that an AADC Trust event has to be cancelled a full refund will be given to anyone who has paid to attend.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Overseas customers Products are sold as delivery duty unpaid so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes so please check these details before placing an order.
18. Modification of Terms and Conditions
The AADC Trust may modify the Terms and Conditions Agreement on this site. You agree to periodically review this agreement to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revisions be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing the site. Your continued use of this website following such notification of any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions. You agree to review the Terms and Conditions regularly and your continued access or use of the site means that you agree to any changes.
